We may process your name, company if supplied, email address, reason for the enquiry, message and technical data needed for form security and delivery. We use this information to respond to requests for information, documentation, technical data sheets, quotations, general enquiries and data-protection requests, and to prevent abuse or fraud.
3. Legal basis
Depending on the request, processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, legitimate interests in responding to communications and maintaining website security, or compliance with legal obligations.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with them and, as a general rule, no longer than 12 months after closure, unless longer retention is required by law or to address liabilities. Where a pre-contractual or contractual relationship exists, necessary information may be kept during that relationship and for the applicable legal periods.
