What they are and how they differ

A gas analyzer measures the composition of the air inside a modified atmosphere package, above all the oxygen (O₂) and, depending on the model, the carbon dioxide (CO₂). The VIGAZ range in the catalogue covers four models: two portable and two benchtop; two measure O₂ only and two measure O₂ and CO₂, according to the manufacturer's data sheet.
